Adare Manor Golf Course hosts of the JP McManus Pro Am 2022 and the Ryder Cup 2027 The Golf Course at Adare Manor will reopen for resort residents to play 18 holes from the 1st of April until the 3rd of August 2025. Thereafter, the golf course will remain closed for the winter season. Please note that the golf course is closed every Monday, excluding bank holidays.
Ballyneety Golf Club (15 min (14.4 km) via R512)
Winner of Afforable Excellence Award 2025 and overall winner of Great Britian & Ireland Golf Cource of the Year 2025 & Home to the Junior Ryder Cup 2027.
Their Online booking window opens 8 days inadvance and can be booked on their website or through their office with dynamic pricing from €40 to €75.00. Golf rental is available €50 new and €30 older clubs. Electric buggy hire is €40 – book in advance. Weekends are members only until midday. Vines Grill and Bar serves Breakfast, lunch and dinner from 9am – 7pm, 7 days per week.
Charleville Golf Club 22 min (21.4 km) via R512 and R515.
Online booking window opens 7-10 days inadvance and can be booked on their website. To book later dates, call 063 81257, speak to Mark or Joan in the pro shop. Green fees €35-40. Electric buggy hire €30 – book in advance. There is onsite bar and resturtant facilities.

Ballykisteen golf course at Limerick junction 31 min (27.9 km) via R516
Ballykisteen Championship Golf course is a superb Des Smyth designed championship golf course which was opened in 1993 and was formerly the famous Ballykisteen Stud. Green Fees are from €25-€70 and there is onsite bar and resturtant facilities.
Bruff Pitch and Putt offers a fun filled afternoon for the whole family or a group of friends. It is an 18 hole course which is well maintained to give you the best Pitch and Putt experience possible. They are open all year round and invite all visitors to the area to try out , you won't be disappointed!! The cost is €5.00 per person and clubs can be borrowed from the Old Bank reception.
