Services Included

Accommodation is offered on a room-only basis, with three hours of daily housekeeping to ensure a clean, comfortable, and well-presented stay. Breakfast can be arranged for an additional fee.

Please note:

• There are no on-site laundry facilities

• We do not accept stag or hen parties

Booking & Payment Terms

• 50% deposit required at time of booking

• Balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival

• Refundable security deposit*

The security deposit is refunded after departure, subject to no damage to the property or excessive cleaning.

The property is Fáilte Ireland registered and holds a valid VAT number, giving guests the confidence of staying in a fully licensed and professionally operated accommodation.
