Booking & Payment Terms To secure The Old Bank for Ryder Cup 2027:

50% deposit required at the time of booking
Balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival
€10,000 refundable security deposit

These terms ensure your exclusive stay is confirmed and that the property is fully prepared for your group. The security deposit is refunded after departure, subject to no damage to the property or excessive cleaning.

The property is Fáilte Ireland registered and holds a valid VAT number, giving you the confidence of staying in a fully licensed, professional accommodation.
