3-day music festival in Limerick city

 
 
A new 3-day music festival is planned for Limerick city next month.
 
The Fossetts Circus tent at Cleeves Factory in Limerick City is to be transformed into a music venue in February. Limerick-based event organisers, Big Boss Events have teamed up with the circus to produce a 3-day festival in Limerick's newest music venue.
 
Trad acts The Tumbling Paddies, DJ Mark McCabe and Belfast DJ and Producer Daire have been confirmed to play the venue with further acts expected to be announced. Riann O'Dwyer of Big Boss Events is producing the concert series. He says the response to the new venue has been very positive...
 
Friday February 2nd
The Tumbling Paddies will play the Big Boss Top on Friday, . Rapidly becoming one of Ireland’s most popular entertainment acts. The Tumbling Paddies have grown from strength to strength, particularly in the past two years. It is no surprise that their music is played in many venues throughout the world. Originally starting in 2014 as a five-piece performing at local weddings and pubs in their beloved County Fermanagh the band has continuously evolved to where they are today. It wasn’t long until Oisin came in on keyboards and the band started to expand on their music gaining more and more followers as they toured.
 
Saturday, February 3rd.
Belfast DJ and producer, Daire, has become one of the most prominent DJs in Northern Ireland. He will play a headline Limerick concert at the Big Boss Top on  Having supported some huge names including Hannah Laing, Ben Hemsley, and blk., Daire's Nothing But Trouble tour has proved to be popular with fans. 2023 was a wild year for Daire. He sold out venues, including Belfast’s 2,000-capacity Telegraph Building in just four hours, signed a record deal with Sony Music, and has upcoming releases on Polydor Universal Records.
 
Sunday February 4th.
DJ Mark McCabe and Mimi bring the Big Mix to Live at the "Big Boss Top" in what promises to be a night of dance music through the years on Sunday February 4th. Music producer, remixer, radio DJ and club DJ, from Dublin McCabe released "Maniac" in the year 2000 and it went to number one, as the second biggest-selling record ever in Ireland.
 
The events are produced with the help of Fossetts Circus and Limerick 2030. Further dates are expected to be announced over the coming weeks. Tickets for all gigs are now on sale and can be purchased on https://linktr.ee/bigbossevents
