The Old Bank Bruff is a Four Star Family Town house Home providing the quality and comfort found in any Four star B&B, Guest house or Hotel, but with the personalised service and value for money of a much smaller establishment.

Check-in time – 6pm to 9pm with earliest arrival from 5pm
As a Family Home our arrival times are to best suit our young families commitments and to accommodate as many guests as possible who wish to maximise their touring day or guests who need to finish their working day and travel to our home.
For a Later check in time, this must be by prior arrangment depending on availability for a fee of €25.00 per hour.
Early Morning arrivals between 8am -11am can be accommodated by booking the previous night stay to guarantee room availiblity.
For Groups greater than 3 people checking-in on arrival, we ask that one representative per family/group of rooms checks in the group at our reception desk - while your extended group/ family is asked to take a seat by the open fire.
Housekeeping is completed daily between 10.30-11.30am for guest staying multiple nights.
Check Out
Latest check out time is 11am
Early morning checkouts before 8am are self check outs'- simply visit the Reception desk and leave the key on the desk.
Your bill is paid in full on arrival and a email copy of your receipt is forwarded to the email provided on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
For individual reservations cancellations must be received in writing/email 48 hours (12 midday) prior to arrival. In case of cancellations less than 48 hours prior to arrival, or a No Show - a charge of one nights accommodation will be incurred.
For full details of cancellation policies and deposit requirements, please check at time of booking. (Please note terms and conditions may vary for large group bookings or bookings through third party booking engines - as per there policy).
In the event that a last minute cancellation is received, we will do our upmost to resell the room(s) and if the room(s) resell- a refund will be made for the value of the room rate resold - minus any commissions payable to another third party website etc.
Credit Cards & Deposits
All Guests staying at The Old Bank will be asked to make reservations through our website www.theoldbank.ie where the best rates and availabilty can be found as Credit card details are not taken unsecurely over the phone. All reservations must be secured with credit card details.
We reserve the right to pre authorise credit cards. Invalid or rejected cards will deem your reservation cancelled, after all attempts to make contact are unanswered.

Breakfast
Breakfast is served between 8.00am and 10am (Last service at 9.30am)
We offer Room Only rates and Breakfast rates - to allow guests choose what best suits their itineraries and budgets.
Room only rates do not include Breakfast - Breakfast can be ordered on arrival for €17.00 per person.
Breakfast times must be confirmed by 9pm on the previous evening stay
Breakfast is only available to residents.
Smoking Policy
The Old Bank operates a strict 100% NO smoking policy throughout. Smoking in a bedroom will result in a €100 refresh fine.
Family Rooms
Due to the historical features of our home, our home is not suitable for young children under 12.
A family room consists of a Double & single bed. Children over 12 years of age are considered adults.
Interlinking rooms are available on request- Please contact reception to check availabilty prior to arrival.
Parking
Free on street parking and also secure private parking is available in our family courtyard at the rear of the building - subject to availbilty , Our family courtyard closes each night at 10pm till 8am..
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are between 10.30pm -8.30am.
Dining
There are 2 evening dining experiences in Bruff - Clancy’s Bar & Restaurant takes lasts orders at 7.30*pm each evening. The Chinese restaurant serves takeaway meals till 10 pm each night. 3km from our home is Reardons Bar and Resturtant who serve nightly till 8.30*pm
