Cereal – Cornflakes, Muesli, Weetabix, All-Bran, Special K, Rice Krispies
Breads - White (toast), Home made Brown Bread
Fruit Salad
Yogurts – mixed
Tea (selection) or Coffee.
Please choose one of the following:
Full Irish – Bacon, 2 sausage, white & black Pudding, Beans & Egg (fried or scrambled)
Eggs
- Scrambled or with Bacon or Salmon slices
- Fried or Boiled (2)
- Poached Eggs or on a muffin with Relish & Bacon
- Omelette - 2 Eggs, onion, tomatoes, cheese (Ham)
Pancakes - Lemon & Sugar or maple syrup.
Porridge - Milk Porridge served with honey or Sugar
Smoothes – Mixed fruit, Natural Yogurt, Orange Juice.
